Schedule - Most orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours.

Processing - 2:00pm eastern is the cut off time for processing of orders for that days shipments. We do not ship partial orders. Delivery schedules do not include Weekends or holidays. We offer online stock availability notifications daily. If an item that you have ordered is not in stock you will be notified with an estimated restock date. You are not billed until your order is shipped.

Where we ship - We currently can ship to a physical address within the Continental United States only. We cannot ship to APO, PO Box, AK, GU, HI, PR, VI or International addresses. 

What happens after? - A second email will be sent after your merchandise has shipped and will include your tracking information. If registered you may log into your online account to view your order status, save your cart, update your information, view receipts and re-submit prior orders at any time.

Address Verification - Please note: We reserve the right to ask the customer for additional information prior to shipping if the billing address of the customer does not match the billing address on the credit card used. If the customer is unable to verify the correct billing address, name and/or phone number for the billing address, we reserve the right not to ship the merchandise or process the order. We provide this service as a further protection and security for our customers.
